The Student Government Association (SGA) is proud to offer free tabling equipment rentals to registered student organizations at Missouri State University to support their events, outreach, and campus engagement efforts.

What We Offer:

Student organizations can rent the following equipment for up to three (3) days at a time:

  • Table
  • Maroon MSU Tabling Cover
  • Maroon Canopy
  • Sandwich Board
  • Paper Holders (1-3 upon request)

 

Who Can Rent Equipment?

This program is available exclusively to registered student organizations in good standing with the Office of Student Engagement.

How to Rent Equipment:

  1. Complete the Rental Agreement Form
    • Download the SGA Tabling Equipment Rental Form.
    • Fill out all required details, including event information, rental dates, and contact information.
    • Ensure the form is signed by your organization’s president or advisor.
  2. Submit Your Form
    • Email your completed form to SGA Chief of Staff, Sam Wang at Wang564@live.missouristate.edu.
    • Requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the requested rental period.
  3. Pick Up Your Equipment
    • After submitting your form, the SGA Chief of Staff will coordinate a pick-up time.
    • Pick-up location will be confirmed upon approval.
  4. Return Equipment on Time
    • All equipment must be returned in its original condition by the agreed return date.
    • Late returns will result in a first-time warning. Repeated late returns may result in charges or loss of rental privileges.
Terms & Conditions:
  • Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the MSU Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
  • Organizations are responsible for any lost or damaged equipment during the rental period. If damage occurs, costs must be paid within 10 days, or the amount will be deducted from the organization’s account.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the start date. Late cancellations may result in a loss of future rental privileges.
  • The SGA is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred while using the equipment.
