About
The Campus Judicial Board (CJB) was established in order to provide students with a representative voice in the regulation of their actions and to encourage their participation in an understanding of the administration of fairness. The CJB consists of seven (7) students of Missouri State University. The CJB will be nominated by a committee comprised of MSU students, appointed by the President of the student body. All student organizations and all students enrolled in this University are subject to the jurisdiction of this board. The CJB will have the power to interpret the Constitution, Bylaws, and the Manuals of Commissions of the SGA. The CJB justices are charged with interpreting the SGA Constitution as well as serving as the appellate board to student organizations and individual students.
